Stefan Kowski

Prior to founding Novalpina, from 2014 to January 2017, Stefan was a managing director and senior member of the European private equity investment business for Centerbridge Partners, a global private equity and credit investment firm. From 2006 to 2014, Stefan was at TPG, where he completed investments in the consumer goods, retail, infrastructure and financial services sectors in Europe, China, India, Russia and the CIS. Prior to TPG, Stefan worked in the Mergers, Acquisitions and Restructurings Department of Morgan Stanley in London and at Procter & Gamble.

Stefan received an M.B.A. with high distinction from Harvard Business School, where he was a George F. Baker Scholar. He graduated summa cum laude from the Leopold-Franzens University of Innsbruck, where he holds Masters degrees in Economics and Finance.
